Eating healthy shouldn't be boring and feel like a constant restriction. Making this smoothie will have you feeling satisfied & nourished. One sip of this delightful beverage has me instantly thinking about Hawaii.
FUN FACT: Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that can help manage arthritis pain by easing inflammation. It's also packed with a healthy amounts of vitamin C.
