Nutrition Fact: Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that can help manage arthritis pain by easing inflammation. It's also packed w/ a healthy amounts of Vitamin C.


If you're reading this & you have chronic pain or discomfort, please consider changing your diet. What you consume matters. Think on a cellular level.
