Service Description
3 month commitment. Health history, work/environmental factors, personal health plan including nutrition & movement recommendations, supplement suggestions for increased energy, food preparation/ improvising on the fly guidance, habit stalking to improve habits efficiently, 1:1 counseling & accountability.
Cancellation Policy
The Client agrees to be on time for our appointments and respects the payment schedule arranged. To provide the most professional session for you, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session might be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments following yours and you will be charged for the missed time. There may be times you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If so, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be charged IN FULL for that scheduled time (except in case of illness/death or emergency). Payments are due at the time of service. There are no refunds for payments made to Far North Nutrition.
