Service Description
Reduce cardiac events w/ cardiovascular control. 3 month commitment. Health history, personal health plan including nutrition & movement recommendations (individual based), supplement suggestions based on heart health, food preparation guidance, 1:1 counseling & accountability, simple recipes & everyday habits to be more proactive & preventive.
Cancellation Policy
The Client agrees to be on time for our appointments and respects the payment schedule arranged. To provide the most professional session for you, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session might be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments following yours and you will be charged for the missed time. There may be times you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If so, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be charged IN FULL for that scheduled time (except in case of illness/death or emergency). Payments are due at the time of service. There are no refunds for payments made to Far North Nutrition.
