Whether for work or play, we spend a decent amount of time outside our home. Roadtrips are on the schedule monthly. This simple recipe last for days and can be consumed cold. Essential for working & wandering. Mason jar or fancy bowl, the nutrients are on point.
This diverse salad has the amino acids (protein), fiber & phytonutrients needed to fuel your to do list. I usually cook the chicken breast ahead of time in our air fryer w/ a little olive oil or boil it over the stove. Depends on how much time I have.
