The idea sports drinks are aiming for is good but could be more efficient. We need electrolytes. Nutrient dense is crucial for optimal function & sustainable living.
Nutrition Facts: Coconut water contains a healthy amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium & sodium. Essential minerals.

Other clean ingredients in this electrolyte recipe include, pineapple (hello vitamin c), 100% pure maple syrup (calcium, manganese & potassium) + raw honey (immune support baby!).
You can reduce the raw honey or maple syrup if you prefer a less sweet flavor, but to get plethora of minerals & glucose into your thirsty body ASAP, do not omit. #notallsugarisbad
